The Nebraska football recruiting class grew by one today as previous Air Force commit Kieron Williams will apparently now be wearing scarlet and cream.
A Shreveport, LA native, Williams had offers from Ole Miss and a handful of local FBS colleges.
Out of the Air Force Academy Prep School, Williams was ranked as the No. 151 cornerback and No. 62 in-state prospect before an official member of the AFAPS. Considering his school and having lived in Shreveport, it’s safe to congratulate Charlton Warren on another get. This one will be joining the Huskers come June.
His addition marks the fourth defensive back taken in this cycle along with Eric Lee, Avery Anderson and Aaron Williams.
With Nebraska’s class now sitting at 12 commits, it’ll be interesting to see how selective the the Nebraska football recruiting staff will be heading down the pike in the cycle’s later months.
