Roy Helu Leads Former Huskers in the NFL Week 4

Washington RB and Former Husker Roy Helu played his best game of the season rushing for 41 yards 1 TD for  the Redskins 24-14 win over the Oakland Raiders.  Late in the game, Helu showcased his speed and power when he made his way into the end zone on a 14 yard run, capping the road victory for the Redskins.  The 15 touches recorded (13 rushing, 2 receiving) are the most action Helu’s had this season.  Helu’s down hill running style and ability to catch out the backfield are proving to be invaluable to coach Mike Shanahan.
