23- Oregon State Beavers

22- UCLA Bruins

21- Nebraska Cornhuskers

20- Wisconsin Badgers

19- Texas Longhorns

18-  Kansas State Wildcats

17- Boise State Broncos

16- Notre Dame Fighting Irish

15- Michigan Wolverines

14- Oklahoma State Cowboys

13- Oklahoma Sooners:

Coach: Bob Stoops

2012 Record: Overall 10-3  Big XII (8-1)

While losing Landry Jones might seem like a major hit for The Oklahoma Sooners, the quarterbacks remaining with the team are just as good. Junior quarterback Blake Bell is capable of taking the Sooners just even further than Jones did in 2012. Complimenting Bell’s passing attack is senior running back Damien Williams who rushed for just under a thousand yards last season. Four out of last years starting offensive lineman are back, and they should open plenty of holes for Williams to run through.

The Sooner defense is a concern. Only four starters return from the second best pass defense in the Big XII, which is a scary thought. The Big XII is a pass happy conference, and Oklahoma might not win some of the shootout battles The Big XII is known for.

2013 Outlook: People seem to forget how good Oklahoma actually was last year. Their three losses came to Notre Dame, Kansas State, and Texas A&M. As we mentioned in our Oklahoma State prevew, The Sooners season will come down to Bedlam in 2013. Expect a one game drop from last years win total.
