Nebraska Cornhuskers Recruiting Blogger Wanted

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The 2013 Nebraska Cornhuskers are under two months away from taking the field. While everyone is gearing up for football, Husker Corner is thinking about the 2014 Huskers and beyond.

If you are someone who is always keeping a close eye on the world of college football recruiting and are looking for an outlet to give your analysis and opinions, Husker Corner would like for you to join our team. You would be covering events like The Opening, Under Armor, and other camps and All Star Games to cover Nebraska commits and players considering joining The Big Red. You would also be giving updates on future Huskers performances from their Friday night matchups.

The position is perfect for aspiring journalists who are looking for experience to start building a resume. The gig does not pay, but your words would be read by the thousands of Husker fans who visit our site each month. It might also qualify for an internship for college credit.

The requirements for this position are two posts per week consisting of at least 500 words during football season, and one 500 word post throughout the rest of the calender year.  Familiarity with WordPress is helpful, but not necessary.

If you would like to join our team apply here. Make sure to put HuskerCorner.com in the field asking “What site are you applying for?” We hope to hear from you soon.
